I'm the owner and creator of Evellie Clay. In early 2021, I was playing Play Dough with my daughter. We mixed colors to make beautiful patterns and cut them into basic shapes. It dawned on me that these small random pieces could be arranged to make cute earrings! Aptly, I named this company after my daughters, Everly and Ellie. With my girls as my inspiration and motivation, Evellie Clay is truly a woman-owned small business!

Yes! the hardware I use are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

Are clay earrings heavy?
Not at all! My "heaviest" pair is 0.2 ounces--the same weight as a fun-size Snickers!

What if my earrings arrive damaged?
Please contact me if your earrings arrive damaged or break within 1 week of purchase. I will replace or refund you the price of the earrings.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with you order, please contact me.
Shipping
I aim to ship within 1-2 days and typical domestic transit time is 3-5 days. However, these timeframes are not guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances of the postal service.

If your package says it was delivered but you never received it, you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. Unfortunately at that point, packaged delivery is out of Evellie Clay's control.

I do ship internationally. There is a $14 international shipping fee charge. Please keep in mind that international shipping may be delayed due to COVID.
